Botox and dermal fillers are minimally invasive cosmetic treatments used to smooth wrinkles, restore facial volume, and enhance natural contours. Botox relaxes targeted facial muscles to reduce lines, while fillers add structure and volume using hyaluronic-acid–based products.
Our clinic has been administering Botox since 2004, performing hundreds of physician-led procedures annually. Botox is a safe, temporary injectable used to soften lines and wrinkles, with results typically lasting up to 3 months and an excellent worldwide safety profile.
Botox procedure: 10 minutes. Fillers procedure: 20–30 minutes. Botox results last 3–4 months; fillers last 6–18 months.
A physician reviews your goals, facial anatomy and medical history, then recommends a personalized treatment plan.
The area is cleaned. Topical numbing cream is applied if desired (most fillers already contain lidocaine).
Botox is placed with ultrafine 31G insulin syringes; fillers are placed with cannulas or needles for precise contouring.
Filler results appear immediately; Botox softens lines over 3–5 days with full effect in 2 weeks.

Botox typically lasts 2.5 months or longer. Hyaluronic acid fillers can last 6 to 18 months — up to 6 months in the nasolabial folds and up to 18 months in the upper cheeks.
Botox uses 31-gauge insulin syringes, making injections virtually painless. Most hyaluronic acid fillers are mixed with lidocaine to improve comfort. Topical numbing cream is available on request.
Botox results are typically seen in 3–5 days, with full effect up to 2 weeks. Hyaluronic acid filler results are visible nearly immediately.
Both Botox and dermal fillers can cause minor bruising. With experienced injectors, good lighting and applied pressure, bruising is minimized.
